Q: Will my driver be professional?

Yes, all our drivers are professional, qualified and courteous drivers. They possess an excellent knowledge of the roads in and around London and are CRB checked for your safety. Also if you have a question about London and the surrounding areas they will be more than happy to answer it or find the answer to your question.

Q: How will I recognise my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be smartly dressed with a sign stating your name and flight number and our usual meeting point is at the Airport Information point. 

Q: If my flight is delayed or early will there be someone there to meet me?

Of course, we would never leave any of our client’s stranded at the airport. We always record your flight number and then check with airport information to see the progress of the flight and when it is expected to land. The driver will be there waiting even if the flight is late by many hours and you only pay for what was quoted to you.

Q: How do I pay?

Cash is king and in pounds sterling, please. The car you will be in will be well maintained, clean, modern and driven by a professional driver and the price will be the price agreed upon and not a penny more. We also take CREDIT CARDS.

Q: Can you keep hold of our baby / child seat?

Yes. If your child required a car seat then we can keep hold of it and have the driver bring it with them upon your return. 

Q: Shall I give my driver a tip?

That is entirely up to yourself, if you feel the driver has given you a great service then please feel free to tip them when you think it is appropriate.

Q: If I change my travel plans what should I do?
